There are a few reasons that might cause an issue with downloading a specific episode or movie:
- The maximum number of downloads allowed for the specific video has been reached. Every video can only be downloaded twice a year.
- Your account has reached the maximum amount of active downloads. Every Boomerang Account can have up to 50 episodes or movies downloaded at on time, across all devices. If you run into this issue first try deleting some of the downloaded videos you've already watched.
- Your mobile device has run out of space.
- Your mobile device's internet connection may have been interrupted while the download was in progress. Try to reconnect and double check the stability of the connection.
