To access your downloads you'll need to:
1. Get swept up by a tornado in Kansas
2. Meet a nice witch (Preferably from the North or South)
3. Follow the yellow brick road
4. Find Dorothy, she'll be able to help from there
Or, you can scroll to the bottom of the Boomerang App home-screen. There you'll see the 'Your Downloads' section. If you tap 'See All' directly above that row you will see your entire downloads library for that device.
