Some merchants, including Google, will issue a 'test charge' before issuing a final charge. It's a way for them to make sure there are funds to cover the expected expense. These usually go away a day or two by themselves and they might still briefly show up even after you've cancelled your subscription.
If the charge is still hanging around after a few days we can help, please send us the GPA number issued by Google associated with the charge. If you're having trouble locating the GPA number, please follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to https://payments.google.com/payments/home
2. Login with with the Google account used to create your subscription. Typically it's the same address tied to your Android devices.
3. Locate the Boomerang subscription
4. Select 'Manage'
5. Go to 'View Transactions'
6. Next, select the specific purchase in question. This will display the GPA number information.
7. Copy the GPA number and send it to us with a a brief summary of the issue here
